Thank you for your purchase at www.epetree.com. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason or require a repair, you may return it to us for an exchange or repair an part. Please see below for more information

DETAILS

One (1) Year Limited Warranty
Your Petree’s Product is warranted against defects in material or workmanship for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the time of original retail purchase (“Warranty Period”) when purchased from retailers within Canada authorized by Starcle Enterprise Inc. (each an “Authorized Retailer”) and used in accordance with Petree’s User Manuals (refer www.epetree.com).

If a manufacturing defect arises within 30 days from the time of original retail purchase, you can return it to any Petree Authorized Retailer in Canada for an exchange. Item exchanges are subject to in-store product availability. It is recommended to check in-stock availability by contacting the store before pick-up. During the remainder of the Warranty Period, Petree will either repair, replace, or refund your Product at its own discretion. Petree does not warrant against normal wear and tear, nor damage caused by accident or abuse. The one-year limited warranty will be honored only by Service Centers in Canada.

As a condition to any warranty service obligation, the Proof of Purchase with all the model and serial numbers as well as the date of purchase filled in by the Authorized Retailer from whom the Product was purchased must accompany the Product when presented for warranty service. Any photocopies or original Proof of Purchase that appear to have been altered will not be honored.

Petree warrants that replaced products are covered for the greater of either the remainder of the original product warranty or 90 days.

Exclusions to One (1) Year Limited Warranty
This one-year limited warranty does not cover any of the following:
Product for which warranty coverage has expired or never existed.
Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, shock, heat or humidity beyond product specifications, improper installation, operation, maintenance or modification, or failure to follow the safety and handling provisions in the User Manual.
Damage caused by an event of force majeure, such as fire, flood, lightning, earthquakes or other physical natural disaster.
The serial number on the Proof of Purchase does not match the serial number of the Product.
Damage caused by repairs or alterations of the Product by anyone other than one of the authorized Service Centers listed on the website www.petrees.ca.
Damage and/or scratches to the Product caused by normal utilization.
Normal depletion of consumable parts such as filter and/or wearing parts.
Damage to the Product not purchased from an Authorized Retailer.
This limited warranty is void if the Proof of Purchase is altered.
Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the Product while in the possession of a consumer not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.
